    Why won't dell just give an LG screen instead of making you phone them for a replacement?

    they are nicer and therefor most likely cost more money. $10 more x 1000 machines equals alot of money

    sorry lol i was really curious about hearing people getting replacements right after getting thier machine..

    so does a technician just come to ur house and replace it??
