I know this is really stupid question but I just bought my XPS M1330 and have no idea where my serial number is (For the warrenty)

I bought this in Korea but i'm using it in NZ and Dell Korea told me that

I have to give them my Laptop's serial number so they can put my numbers on their system and then i can get a warrenty anywhere

    Any help would be appreciated

I think they are referring to the Service Tag, it is a 7 character code printed on a sticker pasted underneath your notebook. The sticker has a bar code and words Service tag is also printed. If you cant find it or if the sticker is damaged, then click on the following link : Find My Service Tag and Express Service Code (Use Microsoft Internet Explorer and allow it to install and run the activeX control)
