Hello i was trying too transfer warranty to other country but i got error

Please contact customer care as the components of the service tag is not reflecting in our database. We will not be able to complete this request. We aplologise for inconvenience."
Anyone know customer care mail? im now outside usa and i cant call and didnt speak good english
