just ordered my m1530 last night (with the 40% off deal) but i have a few questions. does dell really follow their estimated ship date? or do they usually complete and ship the system before the date? can i pay extra to have them expedite the production and change my shipping to the 2 business day option?
also, if i do end up getting the samsung screen, will this warraty cover a screen exchange without me having to send it back to dell?

When I ordered my 1530, they seemed to be following the estimated shipping date. (I had a problem with the Wireless N being on backorder, so they had to cancel and redo my order, so it put the arrival out a extra few days).
I called them and asked them to upgrade my shipping at no cost due to the problem of having to redo my order was on their end, not mine. And, they upgraded me with no problems
Sometimes your order will be completed ahead of the estm. shipping date. It all depends on the production status of your lappy
You may want to call them and see if they will upgrade your shipping, sometimes they will do this at no charge to you.Otherwise, they make you pay the extra $$, it depends on who you get on the phone.
Yes, hopefully, you will get a screen that works for you, so that you don't have to call them about a new screen ~ or warranty replacement)
