    When i track my package in dhl for a dell laptop that i bought with educational program discounts, it show

    ship to:
    College name
    Address

    Attention
    College name

    Do they left out my name for security purposes or they replaced my name with my college...

    You should call them now before it's too late.. I would start with Dell then DHL... Did I say that I hate DHL?.. well, I DO...

    just called dhl and they say they have my name and everything and told me that it would be delivered at jan 3rd while on the site it say jan 2nd..... so i guess dhl have two different version now, online and phone.

    I ordered a notebook bag from them, and I noticed the same thing. It has my college's name instead of mines. But on the dell site, it has my name as well as the college.

    Today on the dhl site, i noticed they updated it, but my name is still not on it. They have my address though now.

    Relax they did that too me too with any company/school affiliation.
