If your having prblems with shipping with dell... just complain and they will upgrade your shipping to nextday air, or give you a gift certificate or somthing... hey it works =)

Dell shipped my i6000 yesterday from NV (and im in CA) using GROUND, even though i used 2-day (for free)
How about delivery experiences with UPS?
GROUND is usually 1 day at the least from NV but when I looked at the tracking at UPS.com, it says "In Transit - Re-Scheduled" <- ive never seen that before unless it was delivered already and wasn't home. The reschedule delivery is 12/29. -
From my experiences with Re-Scheduled on UPS they made a error somewhere in their shipping. Either it was that they forgot to get the package to a certain point in their line or the truck the shippment was suppose to be in was broken down.
I get shippments from UPS on a daily basis and this is what I heard from different drivers and calling UPS CSR. -
i'll make a note here that while my status page said it shipped via ground, the UPS page still said it would be here in 1 day.
