yes all it says online is "in production" if you call it gives the stage its in

not really. the person you would get on phone may even just be a contract employee. only the factory will really know the situation, and they wont be answering the phones.

Well, you'd still get the stage if you called the automated service.

If you call anything other than the ORDER STATUS number, all they do is check the same exact web page. You can only call the automated order status number:

Call and tell them you want to cancel because of prolonging shipping date. They will ship out in the next 2 to 3 days. It works for me, but I decided to cancel it anyway.
