Is there a reason why when I'm configuring the EXACT same laptop with the same specs in both sections of Dell's Canada website, I get diff prices???

I don’t know the exact reason, but usually there is a price difference between Home, Small business and Large Business categories; Home users having to pay the most. Maybe because the revenue generated by customers in Home < Small business < Large Business (because of the volume of sales) and perhaps since most businesses have in-house technical staff DELL has to spend less on support (mostly on non hardware related issues): Just a guess.
Final price also depends on the starting base unit. If you start with a low-end configuration and customize it by putting in better components, that will be more expensive than buying a pre-configured high end base unit (with or without slight modifications). To get the best price you have to play a little bit of mix n match. Have fun.

I thought for Large Business you have to buy a minimum number of machines to qualify. That may explain for the difference.
