This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    ok so i get in from work on friday and there's a DHL package from dell lying there, quite large, and i'm trying to work out what it is because i haven't ordered anything from dell since november (i did order a BNIB dell AIO printer but i got that from someone on ebay) so i rip it open and theres a note thanking me for my participation in there customer service beta (which im pretty sure i didn't do anything in at all) and theres a notebook :), and i dont mean computer i mean a book for notes with a dell notebook on the cover (D620 or something), which is handy because i've been losing the bits of paper i jot computer stuff down on so now i have a book to keep it all in :D
