And what you end up getting instead is 3-5 day ground shipping? Is this typical Dell trickery going on here?

I ordered mine last nite with standard shipping. Once the order was complete, I recontacted a customer service rep who promptly added free next business day, even though my original rep told me that was an "undoable $70 upgrade." So we'll see how it turns out - as the order stands now, it appears on my account as next business day.
so, did anyone get switched to next day delivery...
