    somebody help please regarding DELL LAPTOP

    i am from india

    i had placed the order of "Dell 1520" on 28 Decemeber 2007 with the default configuration.
    i am not a gamer so there is no point in going for graphic card.

    now the thing is that Dell has launched a new model "Dell 1525" which seems to be better than the latter since it has HDMI output and Vista premium and it also weighs less and more sleeker.

    can u suggest what should i do as i still haven't got the delivery
    i am supposed to get the delivery around 21 january 2008.

    now i need to know this:

    can i exchange it for 1525 from the DELL.
    if yes whats the procedure?
    what are the things that i need to be taken care of?
    what are the prospects of returning the notebook?
    how much time in days do i have to place the request for return or to replace the order?
    is that time will be after placing the order or after i get the delivery? i.e. after 28 december or after (18-20 january 2007)
    how much time will Dell take to make the refund or replace the product?
    will Dell first take the product back and then send me a new product or the both will happen simaltaneously like giving new and taking back old one at the same time?

    prices of both the models 1520 and 1525 is same.
    i had brought 1520 at price of RS 39990 (excluding delivery and handling charges) which equals to Mrp of 40650 RS
    i had made a credit card payment

    If they havent shiped it you can cancel the order. Just give dell a call.
