what pentium m processor do you have and does it really matter?
-
sonoma is also dothan core, but runs at 533 FSB.
Anyway, sonoma is only marginally faster if at all on a clock per clock bases, but consumes more power (and hence produces a bit more heat and less battery life) than dothan at 400 FSB -
thats what i thought i had read somewhere that the sonoma was running a higher fsb then the dothan.
i was looking at my 9300s system info at dell.com, and it says Pentium M Dothan, 2.0GHZ, 2 MB, 533FSB, and i got confused.
sonoma or dothan?
