I'm trying to find out if you can load xp-pro on the m1530 and when I search m1530 and xp, unrelated threads show up - because of the 'xps' I assume.

I'm sure it's asked and answered, sorry, can you run xp-pro on an m1530? Thanks!

I read before on this Forum that some people did it.. it wasn't easy job as they said to find all the correct drivers...

If you wait. Dell might in the future list a new drivers on their website for people who want to go back to XP..

this is the thread you are looking for...

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=192140

read it all the way down and there are links for drivers... also you may contact some people who did it..
    good luck
