studio 15 or xps 16 which has better speaker??

Hey does both the Studio 15 and XPS 16 use the same speakers??
If they don't then which one is:
1. louder
2. has bigger bass
3. has better sound quality

 

I 3would say the xps.... btw...I have used both...and I find the sxps16 slightly better in terms of both graphics, sound and of course the screen!

 

So they don't use the same speakers am I correct ?

 

well... I don't think they do.... see I am not very particular about the brand and series of parts like the speaker... I am a more pragmatic and utilitarian sort of person. I rely more on my perception than benchmarks and scores. And having used both the laptops for quite some time I will say they both have better sound output than most laptops in the market. The sxps is dell's premium brand... so I won't be surprised if they are using more expensive stuff inside it. However, the sxps16 sounds much nicer to me.... and the sound is even better, at least to me, than my other laptop, the sony vaio fw75gj!!

 

I was streaming some tunes off my NAS in the livingroom and went upstairs and I could hear it clearly from down there....and the volume was around 1/4 on the display...so it can project the sound...that was on the 1647 BTW ....
