hi, starting a few days ago, whenever i open control panel windows explorer will freezes and i have to restart explorer. this happens like 2-3 times then i can can access it, although the icons loads slightly longer then normal. i went to reliability and performance monitor i saw that 'bcmwltry.exe' had a application failure. when i googled it it was to do with the braodcom wireless driver, which seems strange that it will crash control panel. however, a few days i installed the new dell bluetooth 370 driver for 1537, although i am on a 1535. this might be the cause for this, but i was just curious whether anyone have had these issues other then me. i will roll back my drivers and see if this problem persists.

I have same Studio and I'm experiencing this "control panel crash" too. I looked into reliability and performance monitor but can't find where it says 'bcmwltry.exe'. I didn't notice it happened before but after I installed couple new drivers from Dell. The crash seems to be random. Anyone else experiences same problem?

Update: I've found the problem is related to the new 5.10.38.26 Dell wireless app in Control Panel. It somehow hangs up Explorer.exe and prevents Control Panel to be loaded for first time. After I terminated CP, I can launch it again w/o prob. However, if I launch Dell wireless utility first then CP thereafter, then no prob. In the end, I have to uninstall and go back to older version. I have Studio 1535 running Vista Premium SP1 64-bit.
