OK, I'm not a total retard here, but I can't seem to download the BIOS update. Every time I click the download button, it downloads the dell driver application, then it says "there are no drivers to download." I have downloaded the update direct from the FTP, but it won't install either. What the hell am I doing wrong?

I ended up having to choose Add To Download List--->My Download List. Instead of using Browser Download. There are 2 icons. Choose the blue one, not the building blocks one. And make sure you are connected to AC power, not battery.
