studio 1737 issues , help plz

I have my new 1737 for 2 days now and I have seen a couple posts where the u is missing in some words so i'm not the only one it seems that this key is nonresponsive its kinda hit n miss while I'm typing.,, is there an answer for the u key not processing sometimes???

Also I have the wxga+led display but it shows as a generic display when i run system info ..i also tried a couple other programs with the same results ,,, How do I verify this is an led display... .I called dell support and asked if you look up my computer by the service code can you tell me what parts were used to build this unit..Tech support said yes .but all they did was read the sales info sheet showing what was ordered ...I'm concerned because the hard drive and cd rom are from different suppliers than listed and the puter itself is a silverblue color with lines not the black i ordered.....after reading all the issues with this model people are having I am reluctant to return it as it works great so far cept the u issue...lol...

 

doeas the screen go really bright if you press Fn+Up Arrow? if it does, its almost definately LED.

Hi all...I downloaded sisoft sandra n woo hoo I got the led version better still its the lg rgb led...so alls well at least so far ...I need to find a driver for the rgb screen well sisoft says i should anyway as it should improve performance...thx for the feedback..
