    super-delayed ship dates

    i just purchased what i thought was a fatty deal on an m1210 from dell outlet. however, the confirmation email from dell lists the ship date as 03/05/2007!!! is this the normal shipping delay one is to expect from dell outlet? i thought these systems were already preconfigured and ready to go....

    wow, that's weird. You should contact dell customer service as soon as possible!
    I ordered my E1505 2 days ago and it's telling me the estimate deliver date is around nov. 2-5 of 2006

    I also experienced the same problem when i purchased my notebook from outlet, after calling dell i was informed that the ship date wasnt right as most of the notebook from dell outlet are shipped out in 24 hours.

    Damm by that time you can get that model for a few hundred $ less than what you paid

    call your sales rep, ask him to bump you to the front of the line and give you next day shipping.

    Its all free.... only if you ask for it.
    I ordered my e1705 on the 20th, it was shipped today, ill recieve it tomorrow.
