i am having one main problem and one annoyance.

it has been running good since i installed sp2 but now whenever i was to restart or shut down it takes at least a minute or two to shut off or restart. i have no clue what is causing this. could anyone hlep me out?

the annoyance is that whenever i delete the my music folder from my documents it reappears once i reenter the folder. is there anyway to keep it from being recreated?

    thanks.

for the first problem, you might want to find out what software is running the background that is causing it to restart it slower. cuz restarting is like shutting down it has to close every single one of those programs running in the background.

the second problem, i'm not sure but i dont think you can delete the "my music" folder. because it is one of window's main folder. also maybe there is a software that you are keep running, like windows media player that will force it to create that folder. try redirecting all those default folders to a different location and then delete my music to see if it works.
