    16 and you can't calculate tax...? Are you from the USA? This can make our school system look very bad.

    humbug! sales tax in colorado is only 2.9 percent compared to NY's 8.6 percent. Take your subtotal, 1519.02 in this instance, and multiply it by .029. Then add that number to the subtotal and VWALA!

    umm wow lets all calm it down with the insults. it was a question since I don't want to do math right now as I am very lazy. seeing as my dad is a banker Its not like I was too stupid to find this out. I just wanted to save time.

    oh hm okay, didn't know that...i knew other taxes varied..but for some reason I thought sales tax stayed the same...not sure anyway.
