    i have some probl whit my inspiron 5110 i7q2670 6g ddr3 gt 252m
    i don't understand why i have lag on allot of games one of them is The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. i don;t think its posible to lag at this game. if i set default for this game it will be medium details how it is posible? if i pot high it lags its not posible i have an old pc with runs on high The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. i have the latest driver for gt525 but somethink is not wright help me pls

    Be sure power cable is plugged in and turned on, running on battery alone will only make any current 3D game lag.

    Sounds like your game is not using the Nvidia card.
    I have same laptop but with the i5 cpu and when Skyrim detects my Nvidia video it will select High settings as default.
    Default Skyrim used the Intel Graphics and my settings were default Medium.

    Go into Nvidia Control Panel and add SkyrimLauncher.exe and set it to use Nvidia Graphics. Run SkyrimLauncher.exe and it will detect your Nvidia chip and it will set High settings as default.
    You could also add the TESV.exe to be used by Nvidia chip as well while your at it.

    Edit: I'm using 285.62 Nvidia driver from Nvidia web site.

    does n5110 gpu also fails to detect other games too???
