    there is no Fan controler for my inspiron 1525 ?

    There is one... Otherwise your fan would always be on and never off or variable in speed...

    Why do you care about one anyway?

    I want to turn the fans up as I leave the laptop on for long periods of time to download stuff. S I would like to turn them up

    How do I do it ?

    I haven't used it since my old Inspiron 7000 or so and I can't test it now since it isn't runnable on Vista x64, but you can see if it works for you.

    If it does it will do all you need :D

    Yeah you'll have to use i8kfangui to control your fans. Works quite well actually.

    i8kfangui doesnt support 1525
