:( juz wonderin if u reformat or back up ur old drive before u sent it 2 them?i only have my D630 for 1 day now so i don't have that much files that i saved here..with regards to the restoration software dvd that dell sent..i will only use that ONCE the new drive has arrived right..did u back up ur files?what's this TSSTcorp DVD+RW TS-L632D ATA device-(E) at location 0 on my safely remove hardware part?if i didn't back up any files before i send them my old drive will i be able to get this back again?is this included in their software restoration dvd that they sent?..i just wanna be sure that i'll be doin the right thing..that if i don't backup any file cause i didn't install any applications or have files saved (so there's no use for backup)if i will be able to still get back all the dell installed software after by just using the restoration dvd?that the only thing that i will lose are the files that were installed by myself if i don't back up it up?hope u don't mind my asking.i know it's a stupid question.sorry..
