    touchpad & mouse

    I am having problem with the touchpad and mouse.. Both are working fine though I have a conflict issue.. I want to use the mouse and dont know how to disable the touchpad.. Everytime I go to type something it goes and types somewhere else that was not the line I was on... This is very frustrating please help. Thanks

    in some laptops the touchpad can be disabled. That can be done through a dedicated button or through a conbination of keys. In the laptop I'm using right now, it's Fn+F9. Note that this feature exists in some laptops but not all of them.

    If this is really a problem you can try to use an external USB keyboard too :)
