Do the new XPSs m1330 come with the Intel Turbo memory cards?
If yes which kind? 512 or 1GB flavor?

No, SSDs are not an "alternative" to Turbo Memory.

No they do not come with, but they are cheap to buy and easy to install.

Using the Search function (always a good idea) will turn up many threads on the subject, including

from what i've heard, turbo memory is completely useless right now and doesn't really help your performance anyways...just what i've heard anyways.
