    Hey Notebook gurus

I bought a i9300 a few months ago for school/games. it works pretty well (better then my desktop on most games). But I have two main questions...

    1. I want to upgrade from 1gig of ram to 2gig. i was looking around on newegg and found this, but wanted some advice.
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146440
Is it any good for notebooks? or is there a better deal out there that will get me some bang for my buck. i know Crutial(sp) had a 2gig set for like $220 something... but if they're basically the same... Any other ideas or websites that have better prices?

    2. What is a good screen cleaner for the glossy monitor face. I bought these little towellet things that are made for notebooks, but all they did was smear stuff making it look horrible. any ideas? what do you guys use?

Thanks for the help. appreciate it.

    *screams*

Do NOT use windex on a laptop screen. There are specially formulated solutions for that, many manufacturers advise against using a window cleaner on a laptop LCD screen.

Try getting a different brand than, you'll probably have better luck than. Just because a high gloss screen looks like its a window on the LCD screen doesnt mean that it is.

Let me correct myself a little.

If the screen is made with a glass substance then Windex is ok.
    Is truelife screens glass?
If its not then no you shouldnt use any Ammonia based cleaning solutions.
This is the same with windows that use Lexan or any Poly substance.
Ammonia over time starts to turn Poly based items amber color.
