    I got the e-mail last night...my XPS m1330 has shipped...what next, do I get a tracking # or something? I live near calgary will that help...Im clueless on how this works

    Well, I got the tracking # but then I am out of town until the 20th...so does anyone know how long dell allows the purolator company to hold onto the laptop?

    How did you get the purolator tracking number? I never got one and mine shipped last wednesday

    You probably need to call Dell and ask. The online shipping info section on Dell's website is horrible and often outdated.

    Yeah, oftentimes the tracking is slow. For me, I did get a tracking number but after two days, it randomly shows that it moved between 3 states in the time span of one minute. I wouldnt be surprised if you received your order before the tracking updates.

    Hi Guys,

    I recently purchased a XPS M1330. I recieved an e-mail from Dell saying that my laptop was shipped on August 3, 2008. On the Dell website the estimated delivery date is August 5, 2008. However this is not possible because purolator told me that as of 12:30 pm August 5, 2008 the laptop is in transit in Texas. Based on your past experiences, does anyone know how many days I can expect to wait for the laptop to arrive in Ontario. Thank you.
