    just read about quidco on this forum. I'm tempted by the 5% off Dell laptops . How does it work if you want to ring up customer services and haggle about the features/price?

    Quidco works only online I believe.

    Just ring them up get a quote and then say 'its cheaper online with my discount' and start haggling.
