have looked throughout the site and even emailed customer support (with no answer) but cannot find anything about average delivery times. I live in England and have order a new alienware m15x which was dispatched early on monday via ups. UPS tracking is still not active on my order (I know it can take up to 4 working days, which I find quite ridiculous frankly) and I am getting frustrated as I have no idea whats happening or when I can expect my order. I was just hoping people could give me an idea of how long it took their order to be delivered once shipped and if someone could tell me where uk alienware orders actually ship from.

I have been reading through dell forums and noticed that some american customers have had their orders listed as shipped but the orders had not actually been picked up by the carrier (i.e. ups). I wonder if anyone in the uk has experienced similar issues with delivery.

I am really looking forward to getting the m15x it just frustrates me that the information dell supplies ( and its customer service) sucks so much.
    Thanks in advance

So further proof of the ridiculousness that is dell. The link they gave me to track my order sent me to the american site of ups when in fact I needed the UK site to track my order. Once I actually managed to track it it was only billed by ups, meaning ups didn't even have my laptop. And judging by the billing date (08/01/10) ups aren't going to get my laptop til friday. I am sorry but to me shipped means dell have actually sent it, not that it is sat there waiting and wasting time. Why does it take from monday to friday to be picked up. I'm so frustrated, I wouldn't mind as my estimated delivery date was 27/01/10 but when I saw shipped on monday I stupidly thought that meant it was on its way to me not sat there like a lemon. Just got my hopes up that it would actually be delivered soon but no its going to take weeks.
And I know I am lucky because my order was actually produced fairly swiftly but its such a load of rude words that I can't say on here. I wanted this alienware so much, if only dell didnt own them because dell needs a massive lesson in how customers should be treated. Its just a matter of a little bit of respect

Transporting of goods and passengers by water. Early civilizations, which arose by waterways, depended on watercraft for transport. The Egyptians were probably the first to use seagoing vessels the Phoenicians, Cretans, Greeks, and Romans also all relied on waterways. Miami Delivery
