    unable to change power plan??

    :confused: the screen brightness is not changing with power plans...so I assume the plans are not changing...but the computer does show the current power plan is power saver

    I can only change screen brightness in the mobility center...not from changing power plans

    btw..it's XPS M1330..& I did a clean reinstall of vista home premium

    maybe your plan settings are identical? right click on the battery near the clock, and go to more power options. then change the plan settings so they fit your brigtness levels.
