    does anyone know what this could be?

    1 TJ210 Service Kit,Hard Drive,100GB 7.2K,Dell Media Direct,9400 $202.95

    I havent ordered anything, but i did just get a warrenty replacement pc (a 1720) about a week ago.

    I got home today and there was a DHL slip on my door and now that order is on my account page @ dell.com.

    Looks like its a hard drive kit. Might suggest you call Dell and make sure you were supposed to get that...

    well i got the package today, it was my old e1705 repaired and sent back to me.
    so now i have a e1705 and new 1720 and i dont know how that happened. lol

    Haha! I love how Dell makes these mistakes! A similar thing happened to me where they sent two replacements for my 1530 instead of one.. There is some serious miscommunication between the staff at Dell.

    I don't know if you were referring to me or not.. but yeah I still have both.. and I'm not going to send any of them back until I get the correct replacement from them. I am on number 6...

    It not just dell that does other company sent me a replacment laptop and the old one back they never ask me to ship anything back and it was big company it seem alot big company don,nt commicated between diffent parts of the company

    thanks for all the responses... i have stopped getting those letters from dell asking me to either send back or pay for the replacement so i guess ill wait and see if anything else is sent.

    Call them to make sure. They can charge your account for the amount if you don't return it.

    Still, you MAY end up with 2 laptops, but its best to make sure they don't want anything back. When you call take note of who you talked to and the date and time and what was said in the conversation just in case you have to rely on it later.

    ok so today i wake up and go outside and on @ my front door is another package from DHL.
    Weird because DHL supposedly only delivers on Saturday by special request.. or so ive heard...

    Anyways, i just received a brand new 7200 rpm 160gb hard drive..

    something weird is going on.
