    Does upgrading from a cd burner/dvd rom to a cd and dvd burner add mroe weight then the standard that it gives u. Im talking about on the E1405.

    It might add like not even an ounce. Only because it needs a different kind of laser lens that will require some extra hardware inside the burner. But you shouldn't be able to notice the difference.
