Hey guys I have this "problem" (is not actually a problem but I would like to know what the problem is) I have a usb wireless adapter since my laptop didn't come with a wireless card built in. Its working fine but there is something that bothers me, I have 3 usb ports and one of them doesn't recognize my usb wireless adapter! I don't have problems with the other two, I just plug it in and the system connects to the internet. Its just one usb port that does not recognize it.... Any ideas? ( I know you guys can help )

Does the third USB port recognize other USB devices?

Yes it does! I can plug my bluetooth adapter or my memory card reader and it works on that usb port

It can be that out of the three one is has "lower" power or voltage. You might be able to fixed it going into the bios. Dell locked most critical settings in the bios for average users to mess-up. So try adjust the settings in the bios or download the latest chipset/usb drivers.
