    users logon problem

    Ok i messed up my start-up somehome in someway. Now when i try to switch userers i don't get a list of users witha pic beside them and everyhting witha nice blue background instead i get this pulldown menue with the users on it and and click ok button and when i control alt del i get a logout function instead of a task mananger any ideas on how to fix this porblem thanks!!!!

    Try this:

    Go to the Control Panel
    Open up "User Accounts"
    Under "Pick a task" choose "Change the way users log on or off"
    Make sure that the "Use the Welcome Screen" checkbox is checked.

    Let me know if this works or not.
