    What wireless do you have?

    What operating system?

What wireless manager are you asking about?

Have you tried to right click on the network icon?

    Vista:
Go to Control Panel>Windows Mobility>Networking and configure your wireless.

Go to Network Sharing Center in Control Panel and set up your wireless network.

You could also try the Dell Support Center and search for the info on setting up your connection/wireless
