    holy crap..i called last night again and it still said boxing.. i call today and it says it was shipped yesterday afternoon it will be delivered today!!! wow i would have never expected that.. sweet

    i called in today to get my 100$ worth of credit applied to me account as well they said they can do it as soon as it ships!! they say it has been approved and will be credited within 6 business days...

    just make sure to get them to send you a email with it stated they are crediting you... the first rep i spoke with said he can request it but there are no gaurantees even after i was promised them...i had it all copied down and re-read it all to her and she said finally ok we can do that for you...

    my 2nd one shipped this morning next day air, first one has the headphone jack noise so I will be swapping it out tomorrow.

    WELL HELL im pissed.... i just spoke with dhl not only did dell not ship overnight like they said they put the WRONG ADDRESS IN!!!! i had to call dell back and have them do a "logistix" with dhl and this will delay my shipping time until NEXT WED OR THURS..... WTF??? i had overnight shipping and it left yesterday and i will not see it now till wed next week??? c'mon... ive been waiting long enough

    but on a brighter note the nice lady rep gave me credit back for what overnight would have cost (62.00) and i had the overnight upgrade added for free to start with so now im at 162$ off the order...976.48 WITH tax..i guess i cant complain any more im not going to push any further ill sit and wait for my vostro to come i cant send that back at that price..
