Ordered a laptop from Dell last week. The website page for tracking the order status says "In Production". When I call the 800 number for automated order information it says that "My order shipped on January 13th". Well, today is January 4th. What do you think this means?

Nevermind, got someone on the phone at Dell. Wasn't looking forward to talking to a customer service person. I was surprised how fast my call was answered and how helpful they were. First person (Couldn't really understand them) transfered me to whoever is over my order and they helped a lot. Very happy with their customer service!
