    With Regards to your concern, the only difference between the R15 & R15 SE is the video card. Rest of the System Spec is the same.
    Mentioned below is the video card Spec.

    1 R15 - Integrated Intel HD, HD Graphics 3000 (Sandy Bridge Processors)
    Integrated Intel HD, HD Graphics 4000 (Ivy Bridge Processors)
    Discrete AMD Radeon HD 7670M

    2.R15 SE - Integrated Intel HD, HD Graphics 3000 (Sandy Bridge Processors)
    Integrated Intel HD, HD Graphics 4000 (Ivy Bridge Processors)
    Discrete AMD Radeon HD 7730M

    •Once open the dell support web site on the Left of the screen scroll done under the heading Product Support Click on
    Manuals.
    •Select the System model &
    •Click on Get manual.
    •Select Language English.
    •Next screen select the manual you wish to view.

    There is no subwoofer on the 15R SE, only on the 17R SE
