it's currently in the boxing stage (automated phone line) and "in production" according to the website. will customer service have my order tag already? i'm dying to find out whether i got a good screen or not ahaha

you cannot get it before the item is marked as "shipped". then if you ask the sales rep or dell support on the chat, they should be able to give it to you. depends on the sales rep and on the skills you got. I wasnt able to make them tell me, so I just had to wait couple days more...no big deal anyways.

if it is for you to be able to check the screen, then its the best to wait for the laptop to come and see for yourself. happened to many people that service tag said a different type of screen than was actually used in the computer.
