    where are all the 1420 peeps?

    i'm just curious . . . it seems like the large majority of people posting got the 1520. is it that the 1420's people ordered haven't shipped yet, or did people really buy more of the 1520 and 1720 (or whatever - can't remember the 17in number)?

    with the exception of a few people who have posted recieving their 1420s, there doesn't seem to be that much action on that front.

    I think most people got the 1520. I would like to see some pics of the 1420 though.

    There are pics and review of the 1420 on here already. I'm waiting for mine. Ship date Aug-6. Can't wait!

    i think the majority of people did get the 1520; in addition, the majority of threads on here are related to the 1520 as well because it has been having the most problems thus far of the 3 1*20's.

    I have had my 1420 for about a week now, and for what I ordered it has completely satisfied me. Build quality is excellent, shipping fast and as far as all the issue's that everyone is having, at least for me they are non existant.
    No I am not a Dell fanatic, and if you look at my Sig line you'll see I experienced the worst Dell Laptop ever designed with the 1150, So Dell had a task to make me satisfied. So far it has. Anyway my advise to anyone is before cancelling your order just try it for yourself, who knows you may end up happy with it. Just my 2 cents.
