    It's kinda dangerous to ask salespeople questions about the products. They tend to tell people whatever they want to hear. You might be better off asking here. And Google can sometimes be helpful too.

    i was going to ask them if they can sell the d830 with a 9 cell battery instead of the 6 cell since only the 6cell is available.
