    Hi,

    I am planning to buy laptop.Can I buy DELLTM STUDIO 17 LAPTOP to load Informatica, oracle, sql server 2000 etc.. Instead of Windows vista I am going to put WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL to work in Informatica So My question is that which laptop is best for loading Informatica?

    I would really appreciate if anyone can suggest which is good laptop to buy.

    If you want XP, you should probably stay away from the Studio 17; it only supports Vista, and Dell does not have drivers for XP.

    You'll probably like one of the Latitude series models, which come available with a Windows XP downgrade and have XP drivers available.
