    o yea and if you dial 443-9014 instead of 433-9014 you get a live person. i've called her a few times and hung up... on accident lol.

    I have memorized my order number, Customer Number, Dell Purchase ID, and Dell's 800 number. The only thing I have not memorized is what my laptop looks like!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I wake up...call dell..go to work...call dell...go to lunch call dell...go home...call dell.....man I need a life or better yet my laptop!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just having a little fun. I know others have waited much much longer than me. My ship date is today so I guess I will see what happens tomorrow.

    I memorized the order number, and have the Dell phone number as my first redial (cuz I call them so much)....all I do is hit the green button twice and put in my order number....pretty nifty really...lol...
