    my xps m1330 shipping date was changed from july 31st to august 23rd yesterday but i cannot wait that long and will be forced to buy a different laptop even though i do not want to at all!

    anyone want $100 to trade shipping dates? we could just change the shipping address :)

    my config was this:

    t7300
    2gb memory - can be 1GB, dnt care
    geforce 8400m 128mb
    LED 13.3
    fingerprint
    bluetooth
    agn wireless - can be regular ABG
    160GB 7.2K - can be a different/slower hard drive

    this might be a bit crazy but i dnt care what i have to do to get it now, even if i lose $100 and some config parts

    not when i was already waiting a month and then added 25 days on it yesterday because my sales rep decided to screw me....any takers? you gain a $100 plus probably a better config.

    all i need in the latop is the led/fingerprint/bluetooth/video card - everything else can be worse then what i already ordered and you get my laptop which would be better :)

    the rep said there was something wrong with the manufacturing - which i emailed back and said how is that when you didnt change a single configuration, every single product code is the same

    he also said he would ofcourse give me free overnight shipping for the problem and he'll try to fix things monday but ive already talked to about 6 different reps, once your order is canceled, u cant get it back and you cant change the ship date - no moving up the line.

    4GB DDR2 667mhz
    128MB Geforce 8400m GS ....... 4GB of memory? That stuff is really expensive. Most people will not order that much. I highly doubt anyone would be stupid enough to trade a notebook with 2 gig DDR's for one with 1 gig DDR's That alone would cost you over 500 dollars I think. This sounds way too good to be true. I would stay away from this offer.

    if your talking about me:

    the only specs i care about are the ones that are not upgradable:

    i already have my own 100GB 7.2K hard drive

    already have my own 4GB memory

    don't care about draft N wireless too much, use G anyway.

    need the LED, bluetooth, fingerprint, video card, and t7300 - although i plan to upgrade to the x7800 when it comes out anyway

    other stuff is upgradable and i already have basically - so no their isn't strange priorities on config :)
