    why does my mouse settings not hold after restarts

    so i like my mouse motion speed high, second from the highest to be exact. now every time i restart or turn on my comp the setting are set back to the middle and i have to go and turn the adjustment up every time. its starting to become a real pain in my a$$! i have tried reinstalling the latest drivers from dell and that did nothin, is there some setting that i am missing?
