    The bags were a promo for Dell buyers during the month of July.

    And you can get the CDs for free, after you get your laptop.

    no i talked to a customer service rep and i did buy in july (an inspiron) but now that i check order status it says its these prices.

    I'm not 100% sure, but I think people on this forum have mentioned that Dell does that for thier own invoicing purposes. However, they shouldn't be charging you if they said that it was free.

    I would call them or send them an email to make sure.

    You won't be charged for it, if you notice it has a price but your dell account hasnt lost money. It's just the "cost" not what you're charged

    don't worry about it. my account has all that too.

    i asked a rep and they said it's for processing purposes only and they will not charge u. if they do, u can always go and argue.
