    why doesn't CSS work?

    I reformatted my computer using flemenko's guide, but there seems to still be problems. Counter strike source doesn't work, even after downloading and reinstalling it twice. i hit launch and windows just says "hl2.exe" has stopped working. whats the deal with that? it worked on my dell perfectly before i reformatted it..and when i click on check for problems, nothing happens!

    i dont think so, i installed 169.04 and played unreal tournament 3 demo well with high settings, even ran 3dmark06 and got around 3900
