    im kinda a laptop newb and was wondering why the e1505s are so popular. I've read reviews about them and i dont find them to be that spectacular. Thanks!

    It's the cheapest notebook with a dedicated graphics card option on the market. Great for casual gamers and a little 3d work.

    because it's cheap and has a wide variety of components you can customize on it. I'd say thats about it. basically it's a great deal.

    Same as both of the other people. I have my E1705 simply because it's the cheapest 17 inch notebook with a 7900GS.
