    wierd order information

    when i look at my order information it says "Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, English without Media, for Inspiron" then when you scroll down a bit it says "Backup media for XP Media Center,Inspiron." so will i be getting the CD or not?

    Appears you have recovery, but not original new install, media

    i remember when i ordered it said includes OS re-installation media. would that be the full instalation CD or recovery?

    OS reinstallation media is the XP disc.

    If you don't get it with your laptop, call Dell's tech support and request it.
