    All OSes that Dell sells are 32 bit unfortunately

    Yup, if you want a 64-bit disc, you need to contact MS using their change of media program.

    EDIT: Please note that this only applies to retail versions of Vista. I re-read your thread title and I am assuming that you have the 32-bit Premium OEM version, in which case you would have to shell out $$$ to buy another OEM 64-bit version...
